Hello there, i have a dell inspiron 17r se which is around 2 months old, recently when i turn the laptop on the dell logo will briefly show up then dissapear and it will just sit on a black screen. i then have to turn it off from the power button and start it again and it allways works second time.
i had a11 bios version but when i updated it to a12 as per the dell tech guys request it still doesnt work. i have been told today by him that he spoke to his supervisor and apprently there is no fix for this at the moment and ill just have to wait untill there is 1. i fear this way of operating the laptop isnt good for it and from the research ive done people have been experiencing this problem since before the new year.
is there really no fix after all this time?
