So I just installed OME 2.0 to test and see what it can do. I primarily want it for its ability to send email alerts based on OMSA problems on various servers. I don't want OME to scan my entire network and pull in hundreds of servers. I just want it to pull in the physical servers we have that have OMSA on them.
I tried going into the SNMP settings and adding in a community name as OMETEST and then setting up OME to do a scan based on that snmp name, but it seemed to just pull in every server it found.
Is there an easy way to have this only scan in machines that I designate without having to manually put in each name or IP?
