So we get some alerts for things like Pending Drive Failure (or whatever it's called). Once I see the alert, I create a ticket in our internal system and then I don't want to get the alert any more. Is there some way to go in and tell it to not send the alerts after I acknowledge it until it first gets a clear message?
I don't need to keep getting alerts every day once I've seen it the first time.
I don't want to go in an flat out Ignore the alert because then once we fix it, if it were to happen again, I assume then it would ignore future ones too which would be bad.
