I've been trying for over 2 hours to download an 84.5 MB update (Alpha UI 3.0.5.8) for hours now, and it keeps dropping the connection. Could somebody please look into this? I have 2 other systems (Macs) at home and all are encountering the same issue. All other web services and my wired and wi-fi network are completely solid. This is just isolated to the downloads.dell.com server. Is it down? It's a mandatory update, so I can't use my new system without it. This is very frustrating considering I've downloaded 15 GB worth of other files in the same amount of time that 50% of the download has finished with multiple interrupted connections (and now it says file not found).
