Hi,
3 of our hosts went down yesterday for almost 8 hours. The moment it went down it did not send us any alert to our inbox( I have configured it and it usually sends but this is the first time it did not send). Also the alert was not received when the systems came up online. Everything is configured and we usually get alerts but no idea as why this time no alerts were created.
Can someone help me on this?
