Open manage and data manager service failure

Posted this elsewhere and then noticed there was a forum just for tools like openmanage. I have a clean install of windows server 2012.  Install OpenManage Server Administrator 8.0.2.  Website comes up but no data.  The DSM SA DATA Manager service will not start or start manually.  Error in the logs:

Any thoughts on what's happening?  Note the main system is a Precision R5500 rack unit connected to a MD1200 array.
