Help Installing OME 2.0

I've install OME 2.0 on a 2012 Server, it discover all of my host, but that's all I get from it.  Is there a step by step installing guide and a user guide of what OME 2.0 can do for me?

I've read this can update the Bios on my hosts, and check for other updates etc.. and manage host via iDrac..I'm new to OME and a bit new to iDrac also.
