Yesterday I upgraded from OME 2.0 to 2.0.1. After doing that, I notice the SupportAssist doesn't seem to be working. If I use the icon on the desktop or go to the URL (hostname:2607/DIS), I end up getting directed to the main OME page.
I checked the local IIS configuration and there is no DIS folder in the web site.
OME says the SupportAssist plugin is installed.
Any ideas?
