I have two questions regarding Dell OpenManage Essentials and Dell Support Assist:
1 - Dell OpenManage Essentials: I configured the SNMP (able), the community and the SNMP Trap Forward to OME server. So far, the OME is discovering and inventoring (servers, network and storge devices), but the send trap test does not work.
2 - Dell Support Assist: I would like to know if Dell Support Assist can open cases for network and storgae devices? Devices like: Networking (Power Connect, F10 MXL, Brocade M5424) and Storage (EQL, CML and CX-4). If is possible, could you send me some guide, please?
