How can I force two new servers to update their info?

We installed 2 new servers and I configured them so they show up in my OME program.  I use OMSA w/an SNMP name.

The two servers show up but the have '?'s showing for their status and when I double click on one the only thing listed is the NIC info.  All my other servers show OS Info, Data sources, memory, processor, etc.

I've right-Clicked and done both Refresh Inventory and Refresh Status and have also closed out of OME and went back in but they just won't update.

Is there some way I can force this to update?
