We have a bit of an odd issue. We have OME setup for our environment, which has 200 servers (Some of them T610s, MD devices, T620s).
I have installed the SupportAssist Extension and it is working okay. When i go to Support Assist and list the devices it only shows the MD devices and T620s.
I had two servers, each T610s, have a power supply issue. SupportAssist opened a ticket up for one of them.
Any idea where I can find documentation about the SupportAssist OpenManage Extension and why it would only open up a ticket for one of the T610s?
