Dell OME essentials works locally on server fine, but when connecting to my machine asks for DB credentials and user ID but does not work

Using the following details to connect

https://<hostname>:2607/Web/Default.aspx

I have put my admin credentials in

Server putting in <servername>\sqlexpressome for SQL connection

Using SQL Express

Did not work on Dell 2.0.1 or 2.1 upgraded to see if it fixed the problem.
