idrac7 vs Dell OpenManager

1. From idrac7 on we can monitor every think without need to install Openmanager on server operating system?

2. With idrac7 do we have any advantage installing Openmanager on server operating system?

3. With idrac7 we can manage the storage with any kind of PERC?
