Hello all.
I recently installed OpenManage Essentials 2.1.0.2635 (fresh install, not upgrade) and have a small issue with the warranty information and reporting.
I have configured the Warranty notification settings and I can view warranty information under the reports section.
Some of our servers have a base warranty (expired), as well an extended warrant (still valid). The problem seems to be that the Warranty Types are ALL listed as 'Initial', so the email report will flag a server as expired even if it has a valid extended warranty.
I'm hoping that this is something that others have come across, for which there is a known workaround as I think the functionality is great, but not if I have to double check all the information.
