Updates different between OME and SUU

Hi,

I'm trying to understand what really needs to be done when updating Dell Hardware.

Comparing OME with the latest SUU iso update (SUU-WIN32_16.04.200.19.ISO) on an example m710HD we get the following pics. (This is against the same m710HD).

There are many updates not picked up by OME.
But if OME is the recommended tool for updates, then many updates are getting missed.

So, can someone pls explain what is happening and how to do comprehensive updates for our fleet of over 350 Dell servers? Is OME sufficient for the task?
