Can someone help, Below is the mail from the cust.
I fired up the Lifecycle controller, gave it a network address, and asked it do firmware updates.
Just like I had done with the PE T130 a few days ago.
I was surprised.
In all the attempts I made this time, every time I tested the connection, there was Zero loss to the Router and DNS Server, but 100% loss of packets contacting ftp.dell.com.
I cancelled out and waited 7 hours and just tried again.
It still fails in the same manner. I’m at a bit of a loss to understand why.
If you can tell me if there is a Dell system situation on this, then I’ll be patient.
Otherwise I think I will have to raise a support incident for it.
