What's the best way to detect physical servers with OME?

Howdy,

We've been using OME for a while but haven't really found a great tutorial so I don't know if we're using it well.  We currently detect all our servers via the "Server with OMSA" and using an SNMP name to look for.  This works fine but for every server we have to install OMSA and edit the SNMP settings before it will show up.

Is there a more accurate way to do that so as soon as it goes online it can be detected?  I know you can do something through the iDrac but I don't know the best way to set that up or what the pros or cons are of doing it different ways.
