I'm trying to install a fresh copy of OME 2.3 on a fresh Windows Server 2016. When I select to install all critical dependencies, it freezes on Installing IIS Role Services. The wheel stops spinning. I've tried this twice on two different fresh servers.
How can I troubleshoot this?
