Hi,
I've been playing around with openmanage essentials and really like it so far, I do have one question concerning notifications. The SNMP alerts work fine and I'm getting the notifications on health and specified events but I was wondering is there a way to setup continuous notifications on warning/critical events that have not been acknowledged? We get a ton of notifications in general so we want to make sure we do not miss one by accident... is there some feature or setup that I may be missing that will provide that?
