Hello together!
More and more servers disappear from the list of non-compliant servers.
In the diagram on summary of Server Update I see 27 servers compliant and 56 servers
non-compliant. The sum of 83 devices is correct (79 servers and 4 CMC).
But when I go to the list of non-compliant servers, there are only 27 servers listed. 29
servers are lost in a nirvana of OME. Most of them disappeared after “discovery
and inventory” but some of them without reason. 4 of the disappeared servers
should be compliant, but they changed not to the compliant list.
A similar problem is under reports in the agent summary. The diagram shows me 19 agents
version 7.1.0.1 and 59 agents version 7.2.0. This are 78, but it should be 79.
If I click on the part with agents 7.2.0 I get a list what contains only 24
servers. Where are the others?
All servers are listed under devices, all servers send traps and OME receive the traps and
alerts.
It seems as when there is an invisible filter on the lists.
What I do:
- Reinstall OMSA.
- Reboot the servers.
- Restart the DSM-services.
- Remove the servers from OME, delete the local Folder C:\Dell from the servers and add
the server again to OME.
Sometimes this helps for some servers but not for all and I can wait until the next
server disappears.
OME has the latest version, including the last patch.
The servers have Windows 2008 R2 SP1 or Windows 2012 as OS.
Any idea what I can do to get the servers back in the list?
