We are excited to announce availability of SupportAssist 1.1.1 for OpenManage Essentials. This new version of SupportAssist includes several enhancements including:
- Support for Dell EqualLogic storage devices
- Support for Dell Force10 S4810 switches
- Periodically or manually send systems logs to Dell using the SupportAssist application
- Set individual device credentials for each managed device for collecting systems logs
- Further usability enhancements.
