It would be nice if there was a chnage in the text for how OME reports a down system as the current alert is not correct in the case of if the system is up but OME can't reach it.
Rather than the generic System Is Down could we possible see:
System is Unreachable - This could be if OME is not able to reach the DRAC or System.
Operating System is Down - This could be if the OS is in KP or shut down.
Operating System has been Restarted - In case of OS reboot.
