SQL Error after OME 1.2 Update

Hello,

After updating OME to ver 1.2, we started receiving an INSERT statement conflict with our FOREIGN KEY.

This error occurs every five minutes. Was there prep work needed before the install to the database? There was no instructions in the readme.txt that stated any db work except to back it up.
