iDRAC Healthy but Server Isnt in Dell OME

Hi there,

I'm running OME 1.1  and I'm trying to add a couple of servers to manage. I have 17 in total and 16 of the 17 have come back healthy or "green" but one is remaining as "unknown", however when I added the iDRAC for this server the iDRACs IP was pushed into the server tab and is now thought to be the actual server instead of the server IP which I added earlier. 

Using Dell R620, iDRAC 7, Windows server 2012.

Any ideas? Or maybe a short step by step to resolves this problem?
