RoadKing (MD3) and NX36xx and OpenManage Essentials V1.2 Issues

I have implement the lastest version of OME V1.2.

We have 2 issues Image may be NSFW.
Clik here to view. with this OpenManage Essentials version :

1. 1.       Inventory of MD3 Roadking (in my case, it’s an MD3660i) will not collect the Tag Number. So the Support Assist cannot call-home without an Service Tag. 
   Have a solve to that the Tag can be correctly collected ?

1. NX36xx (in my case, it’s an NX3610) is an unknown device in the version 1.2.
   Have we roadmap of OpenManage and which version will be known the NX36xx Fluid File System ?
