So far the system updates works fine with iDRAC, 11G 12G servers.
1. I guess in order to update the server Firmware/Disk etc., via OMSA update method, we need to select the authentication as WMI @ discovery, so in that case can we use the iDRAC IP with WMI method or do we need to use the machine physical IP for discovery with WMI.
3. How do we have the two update methods iDRAC and OMSA / iDRAC for 11G 12 G and OMSA.for rest 9 10G
Can we use ICMP and WS-MAN @ the same time for discovery for Omsa and iDRAC ? or WMI and iDRAC @ the same time for discovery
3. What are the possible reasons the machines listed as UN-recognized under RAC ? and UN-inventoried
4. Is there any way we can integrate the other brands of server hardware updates apart via OME apart from Dell servers.
