OMSA 7.3 Broken on RHEL/CentOS6.4

Looks like a change in RHEL 6.3 -> 6.4 breaks some OMSA functionality.

I've just confirmed the issue on a PE1950 - the service dsm_sa_datamgrd refuses to start meaning you don't get any inventory or health info.

[root@myhost etc]# service dataeng status
dsm_sa_datamgrd is stopped
dsm_sa_eventmgrd (pid 27528) is running
dsm_sa_snmpd (pid 27585) is running

Are there any workarounds or plans to fix this on the Dell side of things?
