Dell Server Inventory

Hi All,

1 .) I have installed ESXi 5.1 on 4 Dell R710 server. One server is Showing Compliant & while other system are showing non complaint. Can you pl suggest what could be the issue b'coz System config is exactly same.

2.)  How can i see system BIOS settings using Dell Openamange as i did not see any option from where i can see BIOS settings.
