HI, I installed OME 1.1.0.6063 in one virtual server, to monitoring a lot of server around the region. all servers are configure with the correct SNMP protocol and discovery and inventory perfect.
The idea is configure mails alert for all servers with some kind of issue. But when I click on alerts and go to the "all Alerts" view, I only see only the kind of alert "system event" (UP and DOWN system)
However when I go to "manage" then click on "Devices" I search the server and then I click on "hardware logs" I can see all the alert that i mean I should see in the alerts section.
The problem is that hardware logs are not in any alert category, and for that reason when I create a mail alert, nothing show, only "system event alert" I can see.
