OME pre-requisite check have failed to execute

Hi,

  I'm trying to install OpenManage Essential 1.2 on a client machine. When i run the setup, it failed to run pre-requisite check and i;m not able to install OME. Server is Windows 2008 R2, SP1. Any idea Guys? Where can i find a log file?
