Trouble installing OME on Server 2012 R2

I'm trying to do a test install of OME to evaluate it for our network needs.  Problem is, I can't get the software to recognize that I've met all the requirements for ASP.NET 3.5 and 4.5.  I've installed every last piece I can get a hold of, and it still won't make the note go away.  Worse still, if I use the link in the error, it doesn't do anything but refresh the view.  Clicking the button at the bottom to install all dependencies also does nothing.  I'm at a loss...
