Hi All,
I've recently setup an OME 1.2.1 server to manage approximately 50 servers. When an email is sent due to a fault I don't get the actual fault listed in the email body. Can anyone point me in the direction of how to get this information on an email?
An example of what I receive is:
From: srv_openmanage
Sent: 13 January 2014 16:06
To: Alerts Infrastructure Distribution List
Subject: Device:*** 10.1.0.59; Severity:Critical
Device: ***
IP Address: 10.1.0.59
Service Tag: ***
Date: 01/13/2014
Time: 16:05:57
Severity: Critical
Message: Critical Status Alert. Device: ****
Obviously this isn't very helpful as it doesn't say what's wrong with the server and I then have to login to OME to get that information. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
