Attempting to poll my servers for systems which are near end of warranty or end of life. All detected servers are populated in the report but a few servers, which I know are coming up on, EOL are not showing the correct Warranty information in the report.
When I right click on the system in the report page and select "view and renew warranty" I am taken to an external webpage which DOES show the correct information. I have cleared my event viewer Log in attempt to capture any logs indicating a failure to retrieve information. No events are being logged to indicate this ... One of my systems in question for instance is ST> 1TR7NH1 on the report it shows an "end date" of 10/27/2012 7:59:59 pm "Days remaining" 0 on the website for this system the end date is 10/28/2014.
I have noticed also that the dell web page information when checking other servers shows slightly "more" accurate information. The information is More accurate because the dates displayed in the report are atleast close to the End dates but the report is actually plus or minus one day from the actual end date listed on the Dell webpage. Im not as concerned about these systems. But I am worried about the systems which clearly have over 365 days left
