I have several servers that tell me the Connection Status is OFF.
So far it is a total of 8 servers out of 53. I have 9th, 10th, and 11th generation servers in the list.
Covering multiple operating systems. (win 2000 - win 2008 r2) All pass every SNMP, ICMP and Name Resolution test that I run through the Troubleshooting Tool.
I have also run Ping -t and have not lost any pings in 6 hours and the average ping time was 1ms.
All the 2003 servers and up, except one are running OM 7.1 The one exception is running 6.5 to see if that makes any difference.
The other strange thing is that I continually get System is up messages (2 every hour about 30 seconds apart) for each of the OFF servers. The event is omeAlertSystemUP. I don't get any server is down messages, just the up messages.
This keeps expanding to new servers. It started with just one and like I all ready mentioned progressed to 8.
Any help would be welcome.
