Hello,
I have an R515 that is acting strange in regards to it's iDRAC system inventory screen. All firmware is up to date on the server, however when we go to view the system inventory page it only shows the iDRAC, flash card, and 2 PSU's. It is missing entries for memory, storage, etc. Other than that the server is functioning just fine (currently running ESXi 5.5 and hosting a few guests). I have contacted dell and they have essentially said "if the diags all come back fine, then nothing is wrong and nothing can be done). The server did have a bad PERC H700 when it arrived (it's a week old), which was replaced. Any ideas as to what could be causing this and also ways to resolve? Also, has anyone else had issues with the PERC H700? We had 2 servers that were DOA because of them.
