Hi, I have had this problem for years and never thought of asking the question to techy people like yourselves. I hope you can help:
Basically my computer during the booting up process sees my printer which is always switched on. I know this because the connection light to the printer on my Hub goes on and then off when the booting process is complete. In order for me to get the hub light back on I have to pull out the USB connection and put it back in sometimes several times before the Hub light will stay on. Only then am I able to print anything. I only have to do this once as long as my computer is running the printer Hub light stays on.
Is there some sort of configuration process that will make the computer see this connection and stay on? Please help!!!!!!
