OM tells me there is a catalog update available but I'm unable to install it. When I click the Get the Latest button, the task runs for a moment then fails with this error.
Import Dell Version Control Catalog for System Update from ftp://ftp.dell.com/catalog/catalog.cab failed.Exception message: Error: 50000, Procedure: usp_ErrorLog_Insert, Message: Error: 2627, Procedure: usp_SupportedDevices_Insert, Message: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_SupportedDevices'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'Catalog.SupportedDevices'. The duplicate key value is (100581).
I've searched Google for Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'Catalog.SupportedDevices'. The duplicate key value is (100581). and found lots of posts in this forum about a bad catalog file, but those posts were from 2012. Since I don't see any recent posts about a bad catalog file, I wonder if the problem could be something else.
I currently have OM version 1.0.1.1253 and it looks like 1.3 is out now. Will new catalogs not work on older versions?
