Same goes for the 64 bit version of this driver OME gives the following message

When I install the update manualy I get ( 32bit ) fwInv64.exe is not a valid Win32 application, then I get Invetory collection failed.
If I use the 64 bit driver I get Inventory collection failed straight away.
Please advise. As we currently have an exchange cluster crashing which can be resolved by updating the NIC drivers.
PS I tried to upload pictures but the dell website does not allow files larger then 64kb
