Several weeks ago we ran into a problem with our C drives filling up. There are a bunch of folders created under c:\windows\temp. It looks like a problem with invcol.exe process running every hour and creating a bunch of inventory collection data. What would have caused this to suddenly start? We did add some credentials in OME to attempt to collect data using WS-MAN, SNMP, etc.
