I seem to be having an issue with the warranty status reporting on my Dell OME installation. Previously I was running version 1.2.0, and I started noticing multiple entries for servers with less than 90 days of warranty remaining. Originally there used to be one entry per service agreement per server, so I was used to seeing 2 entries for each server. However, the problem gradually snowballed to the point where now I'm seeing a 90-day warranty report listing 1345 entries, when OME is only communicating with 94 servers, with only 9 servers that have reached the 90-day expiration period.
I performed the upgrade to 1.2.1 this morning, but the duplicate entries are still showing up in the warranty report. Using the troubleshooting tool, I'm able to poll the correct information from the Dell Warranty API, which leads me to believe there may be some database entries that aren't getting cleaned up.
Any ideas on how to clean up these duplicates? Is there something I can try from within the OpenManage Essentials web console?
If this topic has been covered in another thread, can someone point me in the right direction?
