FTP update

Hi,

Having problems with the ftp update.

Getting to ftp.dell.com and downloading the catalog.cab file from there is fine in IE.

In the Preferences of OME, under Console Settings, the proxy is entered and Test Connection returns Successfully Connected.

But when I go to update the catalog in OME, it seems to start to Import the Catalog then goes to 100%. Status is Green, but 0/0 is downloaded successfully.

I do notice that the button Get the latest, oscillates between being Active and Greyed out.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this to fail from OME?
