SupportAssist 2.0 Setup Wizard

We've installed OME 2.0 and SupportAssist 2.0 on a new 2012 R2 system (to upgrade from 1.3).

When trying to configure SupportAssist, we run into the following error:

SupportAssist cannot connect to Dell.
SupportAssist is unable to connect to Dell. Please ensure that port 443 is open for api.dell.com on the firewall. If the problem persists, contact your network administrator.

We've verified that the system can talk out of the firewall properly, as well as we can telnet to api.dell.com over 443.  Is there something we are missing?

I cannot get to the Connectivity Test as its required to get past the Welcome Wizard first.
