Failure of downloading update package to managed servers

Hi

Had problem to push out firmware update to multi hosts through OME.

Below is the error report, it seems the download link given to the target host missing OME server’s IP address??? – apparently " http://:1278 " is not a full meaningful IP Address presented to hosts.

I can download the update file by using a FULL OME server's IP address like "http://x.x.x.x : 1278/xxxxx"

Results: 

 Downloading Packages.

Calling InstallFromUri method to Download packages to the iDRAC

 Downloading Package: Network_Firmware_NF92Y_WN32_7.10.18.EXE onto the iDRAC

 Package download has successfully started and the Job ID is JID_146034109453

The URI given to the iDRAC to download from: http://:1278/install_packages/Packages/Network_Firmware_NF92Y_WN32_7.10.18.EXE

Downloading Package: Diagnostics_Application_7PGR2_WN32_4241A0_4241.1.EXE onto the iDRAC

 Package download has successfully started and the Job ID is JID_146036587505

The URI given to the iDRAC to download from: http://:1278/install_packages/Packages/Diagnostics_Application_7PGR2_WN32_4241A0_4241.1.EXE

Software Update Task Failed.
