We use a piece of software to monitor servers by the name of GFI - Max Remote Management. Unfortunately, the software is limited as to how to produces SNMP alerts with OpenManage. Specifically, I would like to disable reporting for the Perc battery. I have disabled it in OpenManage, or so I had thought, but it is still hitting SNMP reports. Does this have to be disabled in the Perc BIOS, or is there something that I have overlooked?
