About two weeks ago I started setup OME with the effort to monitor our over 30 Dell servers in our school district. This is a fresh install straight to version 1.1.6063.
The issue I am having appears to be an old one. I have 7 servers setup with the OMSA and discovered by the OME console. 6 worked fine with no issues (initially) and 1 refuses to communicate properly (another issue for another post).
Now there are 2 that consistently disappear from the Devices - Servers listing. They don't move to Unknown, they just disappear. I've restarted the servers with no success. I've even reinstalled the OMSA. They appear for a day then disappear again.
From what I've read, this issue appeared in previous versions and the fix was to add a blank mac address in the dconfig.ini file. I checked this file and it is already there, as was stated in other postes as the fix being incorporated in the newer versions.
With this I am stuck. I don't want to continue rolling it out to all servers until it is stable. Anyone have suggestions?
