how to resolve incorrect power status of servers in OMEv2.2 & template deployment

Dear team,

I have just deployed OME version 2.2 at one of my client (a critical one really), discovered M630 blade servers & m1000e chassis by using IP range for iDRAC. Kindly help to resolve the following issues

1. All servers are powered on, but in OME it shows some of them powered off and some of them powered on.
2. I took server present in slot 1, partitioned all NICs (i.e: LOM CNA & Mezz CNA), created a template from the same & tried to deploy the template on all the remaining 15 blade servers, it gives error during deployment when task reaches 80%.
