OME 1.0.0 Upgrade --> 1.0.1 can't be downloaded anymore

Hello,

I have an OME 1.0.0 instance I would upgrade, I have tried upgrading to 1.1 and 1.2, both say I need to upgrade to 1.0.1 first.   OME 1.0.1 seems to have been removed from Dell's servers.  The Archive section on the TechCenter page links to 1.1, but that page's previous version link to 1.0.1 just produces an error.  

Where can I find OME 1.0.1???
