My email alerts are working in general, if I shut a system down I get a system down email alert.
My OME box has no AV and my SMTP Relay server (Exchange) is set to relay messages from my OME server.
However I have a server showing with a warning mark in the console, it has a failed PERC battery - but I've not received any emails for this? If I select the "Alerts" tab for the system its empty, but if I go to the "Hardware Logs" tab I can see Warnings and Criticals for this battery?
Can anyone tell me why these faults aren't showing up as an alert or generating an email? The device (PE1950) shows up as "Warning" on the home page.
I'm running OME 1.2.1 on Server 2008 R2, the problem device is running OMSA 7.3 on Server 2008 R2 PE1950.
