Good Day,
We have several Dell Poweredge R720xd servers.
In the openmanage tool it is reported that there is an update ready for the power supply. (see attached screenshot)
in the second screenshot the view from the server that needs the update.
As you can see the reported firmware version from the server corresponds with openmanage (firmware version 69.45.99)
In the update it says there is an update ready , version 69.45.9A (package Power_Firmware_T91M^_WN32_69.45.9A_A01.exe)
Updating from openmanage essentials does not work, and when I run it manually I get the error :
This update package is not compatible with your system configuration
All dell poweredge R720XD servers have this "problem" in combination with Openmanage Essentials.
What can be wrong?
