We have a Optiplex 9020 MT runing Windows 8.1 Pro joined to a windows AD domain.
1) Installed OMCI 8.2.1.70 64-bit with default configuration.
2) Follow the guide (http://en.community.dell.com/techcenter/extras/m/white_papers/20218168.aspx) to discover and inventory that Optiplex 9020 MT. Unchecked SNMP and only used WMI as the guide instructed.
3) The OME 1.3 console discovered that but group that into Unknown group. In Device Summary, Health Status shown "?". Other than the Device Summary table, only the NIC Information table shown. The hostname was shown correctly under the Unknown group.
4) In OME 1.3, used the Troubleshooting Tool, performed the WMI test, using the domain administrator credential to query that Optiplex 9020 MT. Result is positive that all Windows, OMCI and IPMI Namespaces were said Present.
The Optiplex 9020 MT is newly bought and have a the Windows license bundled. System is freshly setup. Feeling frustrated that spent 4+ hours to google but can't find any useful info so far. Please help!
